Work from home: All of our therapists work from the comfort of their own home. All clients are seen virtually, which affords both the client and the therapist greater flexibility.

Regular supervision: We offer regularly scheduled supervision with more advanced therapists to review cases, enhance knowledge and integration of therapeutic techniques and help our therapists feel fully supported in their role. Supervisors are also readily available for any help when needed.

Perinatal population: We specialize in providing quality services primarily to women who are in the perinatal time period (ie: trying to conceive, pregnant, motherhood). Our clients are eager, motivated and truly enjoyable to work with.

Perinatal Consultation/Supervision: Destiny (an LMFT and PMHC) will consult with you on cases to help grow your knowledge and expertise in the area of perinatal mental health. She will provide education on diagnosing perinatal clients and offer guidance on how to support clientele utilizing different therapeutic interventions.

Flexibility and autonomy over your schedule: We value motivated, independent therapists who are able to manage their own schedules and ensure that clients are getting seen when it works best for you.
Role Overview:
As a fully remote perinatal therapist, you will be vital in supporting our mission to aide women on their growth and healing during the journey of motherhood. This is a w-2 position and we are seeking for someone to see a minimum of 20 clients per week via telehealth (once your caseload is fully established). We are looking for someone who can bring warmth, compassion and a genuine presence to the therapy room, as well as someone with a knack for innovative problem solving and ability to do trauma or grief work with their clients.

Essentials:
- You currently are in good standing as a licensed (or associate licensed therapist) in the state of CT with prior experience working as a therapist.
- You must have a space in your home that can be quiet and free from distractions so that you are able to see clients and maintain confidentiality.
- You must have a stable internet connection at home and a personal computer on which you will conduct sessions.
Desired Attributes:
- You are passionate about the perinatal population and have personal or professional experience with this clientele.
- You are willing to seek out training specific to this population to enhance your care.

You have the capacity and flexibility within your schedule to see 20+ clients a week.
Who You Are:
- A deeply compassionate individual who can bring a sense of self to the therapy room with their clients are able able to modify their therapeutic approach to best fit client needs.

A therapist who is self motivated, driven and craves autonomy and flexibility.

Willing to work at least one evening or weekend day a week to accommodate client needs.
