I am passionate about supporting individuals in building healthier, more connected and fulfilling lives-especially during the transformative perinatal stages and into parenthood. I believe deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship and view counseling as a collaborative journey. My goal is to walk alongside you as you work toward emotional well-being, stronger relationships and meaningful personal growth.

I received my MA in Counseling from Wake Forest University. My clinical experience includes working with a wide range of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, family of origin issues, life transitions (including perinatal) and relational challenges. I provide a compassionate and nonjudgmental space to navigate the complexities of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment and early parenthood. My approach is integrative, drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and interpersonal relational frameworks to meeet each client's unique needs. I strive to createa. safe and supportive environment where clients feel genuinely seen and heard as we explore past experiences, uncover patterns and gain insight into the root causes of present struggles. Through this process, you'll deepen your self-awareness and develop practical tools to move through life with clarity, confidence and authenticity.

The most important role in my life has been as a mother to my four teenagers, but I am also a lifelong learner who came to counseling after a successful career in investment banking. Earning my master's degree later in life was both a dream realized and a testament to my belief that it's never too late to grow or change direction. I bring this perspective, and the wisdom that comes from rich life experiences, to my work as a therapist. Outside the therapy room, I find joy in spending time with my children and our two yellow labradors. I am happiest near the water, where I find tranquility and space for reflection. My life experiences as a mother, professional, and student of change inform my compassionate, grounded and relational approach to helping others navigate their own life transitions.
